Accounting System Support person
We are looking for someone with great communication and analytical skills
The person will become familiar with our Custom written software package Csoft as well as Microsoft Financials 365

You will take initial support calls, log them into the system.
Then analyse the problem and initially with the help of other staff members solve the issue
You will have some understanding of how networks and printers work

Some calls may relate to the financial side of things and others to the actual programs.
It is therefore important that you are able to apply logic to all issues
Eventually you will be required to create reports, do quotes and estimates and be responsible for Invoicing of work done on a monthly basis.

The office is currently being relocated to South of Auckland City

We use OpenInsight as our development tool
We are also a Microsoft Financials 365 software reseller.
The person will become familiar with our Custom written software package Csoft as well as Microsoft Financials 365

You will be required to deal with support calls as well as be able to become involved in programming work. You will have some understanding of how networks and printers work
As we deal with Financial Systems a knowledge of Accounting Systems will be an advantage.

The office is currently located in the Northern Suburbs.
